「信望爱之家」
基层福音团契外展事工
简介
“信望愛之家” (前身 “餐福”事工)是一个位于北加州独立非营利的基督信仰团体。十五多年来，我们在湾区服侍基层人和他们的家人，带领他們认识基督信仰，信徒生活，提升他们在家庭与社区的成長。从我们属灵的家來影响和改变他们与家人，工作和社会的关系。
感謝主，我们虽然没有全职员工和租赁办公室，但是有四十多位义务同工 (包括我本人), 来自十多个宗派, 在這个事工上有份: 彼此服侍，彼此鼓励，彼此代祷。真是奇异恩典！
使命
- 对象 : 大湾区 (南湾，中半岛，东湾和三谷)的基层人。
- 服侍 : 进入他们的圈子，把福音带到他们的生活中，并且介绍和联系他们和家人到邻近的教会。
- 目的 : 因为他们大都不能参加教会主日崇拜或一般教会活动，所以特设置团契，以诗歌敬拜，圣经教导与分享方式来聚会，也提供 衣、食、住、行、与医疗方面等资讯。
异象
- 从实际生活和生活关怀，向基层人 (三代) 介绍 主耶稣基督，祂的福音，祂的真理和祂的教会。
- 提供一个事工平台，振兴信徒和组织众教会天国事工。
- 创建 “无墙-教会” 运动，有效地培养基督门徒。
聚会
以往我们有多个团契地点。聚会时间通常是周一到周五下午 3:30 到 4:30 。聚会地点是在餐馆或信仰机构进行。但从2020初，团契和教导已经全面在空中进行。有关上空中网课, 请联络我们。
Since 2020, our in-person fellowship and Bible study meetings have been transitioned to on-line lessons using telephone conferencing and Zoom.

- Introduction
– The Grassroots Evangelism Ministries (GEMS) is an independent non-profit Christian faith based ministry serving the Bay Area in Northern California. For more than 15 years, we have been serving the Chinese grassroots workers and their families in the Greater Bay Area, leading them to learn about Christian faith and be transformed to a Christian life.
- Who we are
– Over 40 all-volunteered co-workers, from 15 different churches come to support GEMS. In the past 5 years, over 180 souls have been saved, and more than 80 people have been baptized.
- Who we serve
– Workers in restaurants, hair salons, foot massage parlors, supermarkets, family caretakers, drivers and renovation workers.
– Non-believers as well as believers that cannot attend church services and/or programs that typically run on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays.
– Children and elderly people who cannot drive or going to church by themselves.
- Mission
– To serve Chinese grassroots workers in the Greater Bay Area (South Bay, East Bay, Mid Peninsula, and the Tri-Valley in Northern California) by going to their workplace and family, introducing the connection between the Gospel and their daily life, and inviting them and their families to local churches.
– To help improve their relationships with their family, work environment and society.
– To provide fellowship, worship, Bible teaching and life essential services and seminars to them and to their family members.
- Vision
– Introduce Christ and the Gospel centered transformation to these workers and their families.
– Create a mission platform to allow and strengthen believers to serve His Kingdom ministries.
– Establish virtual and organic churches to address the workers’ needs.
- Activities (programs)
– Fellowship and Bible teaching at various sites on week days: at para-churches, church campuses, homes and restaurants. We have fully converted to on-line devotion, Bible teaching, fellowship, prayers meeting and evangelism training throughout week; while having small group community outdoor gatherings once or twice per month.
– Provide social/community services and comprehensive care to them and their families.
– Partnering with local churches through:
– Vision sharing, evangelism training
– Train church members to serve these target audiences
– Introduce/connect the workers’ families/children to local churches
